The Motherhood Haven

A space for loud, messy, real motherhood.

Motherhood can feel incredibly lonely—especially when you’re questioning the norm, making different choices, or trying to navigate holistic living without judgment or perfection.

The Motherhood Haven exists for moms who want a place to land.
A place to listen, learn, share, and breathe.
A place where you don’t have to explain or defend your choices.

This is a values-aligned community rooted in holistic living, personal choice, and mutual respect—created to support moms navigating non-toxic motherhood, or those genuinely curious to learn, without fear of criticism or hate.

This space might be for you if…

  • You’re tired of feeling like the “different” mom

  • You question typical motherhood narratives and want alternatives

  • You’re navigating postpartum, babies, or toddlers and feel overwhelmed

  • You’re curious about holistic or non-toxic living but don’t have it all figured out

  • You want community without pressure, fixing, or debate

  • You just want to feel less alone in motherhood

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to have the same experiences as me.
You just need to come with respect and openness.

What The Motherhood Haven is (and isn’t)

This is:

  • A supportive, hate-free space for shared experiences

  • Education through lived experience and guest professionals

  • Honest conversations about motherhood—messy included

  • A calm corner of the internet where you can exhale

This is not:

  • A coaching program

  • A place for debate, shaming, or convincing

  • A space where moms are told what they should do

  • A highlight reel of “perfect” motherhood

No fixing. No pressure. No pretending.

What’s Inside The Membership

Weekly Voice Notes

Each week, I drop three short, easy-to-listen voice notes into a private Telegram chat. These are real-life conversations on things like:

  • Postpartum and identity

  • Breastfeeding and feeding journeys

  • Potty training, tantrums, and toddler life

  • Holistic living in real life (not theory)

  • What’s working for us—and what isn’t

No videos. No homework.
Just honest thoughts you can listen to while driving, cleaning, or feeding a baby.

Monthly Guest Experts

Every month, I bring in a trusted professional such as:

  • Lactation consultants

  • Pelvic floor specialists

  • Postpartum nutritionists

  • And other aligned experts

Each session includes:

  • ~30 minutes of teaching

  • ~30 minutes of open Q&A

These are educational conversations, not prescriptions—designed to help you learn and ask questions in a supportive environment.

Community Space

You’ll be part of a private Facebook group created for connection—not comparison.

This is a protected space where:

  • Curiosity is welcome

  • Respect is required

  • Shaming, debating, and hate are not tolerated

You can share, ask, listen, or simply observe—whatever season you’re in.

Why I Created The Motherhood Haven

I didn’t create this because I have all the answers.
I created it because I’ve lived the isolation that comes from questioning the system, navigating motherhood differently, and wishing there was a space that felt safe enough to be honest.

This membership is built from experience—not perfection.
From learning, unlearning, and walking this path in real time.

Looking ahead

As The Motherhood Haven grows, so will the ways we connect—including future in-person retreats designed for rest, nourishment, and community. One ticket. Everything included. No mental load.

Joining The Motherhood Haven

The Motherhood Haven is $44/month.

When you join now, you’ll lock in this price for life—as long as your membership stays active. If the price increases in the future, your rate stays the same.

This is a month-to-month membership.
No contracts. No pressure.
Stay as long as it feels supportive for you.

JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP

You don’t have to do motherhood alone.
And you don’t have to do it perfectly either.
